Sixth section is about Stakeholder Analysis and Management that is 5% in this candidate define a stakeholder, Stakeholder categories and identification, Analyzing stakeholders, Stakeholder management strategies, managing stakeholders.

Seventh section deals with Modelling Business Systems that is 10% and includes Soft systems methodology, Business perspectives, and Business activity models, Business events, Business rules, Critical success factors and key performance indicators, Use of the business activity model in gap analysis.

 Eighth section is of Modeling Business Processes which is 10% it includes organizational context, an alternative view of an organization, organizational view of business processes, Value propositions and value chain, Business process models, Analyzing the as-is business process model,  Improving business processes.

Ninth section is about Gathering the Requirements that is 7.5% it is about the problems with requirements, process for requirements engineering, actors in requirements engineering,  Requirements elicitation, Building the requirements list, Requirements analysis, Validating requirements

Tenth section deals with Documenting and Managing Requirements which is 5% in this candidate have to answer about the requirements documents and catalogue, managing requirements.

Eleventh section consists of Modeling Requirements which is 10% it deals with modeling system functions and modeling system data.

Twelfth section is of Delivering the Requirements which is of 5% in the exam and is about delivering the solution, context for the delivery approach, delivery lifecycles

Thirteenth section is about Making a Business and Financial Case that is 10% includes business case in the project lifecycle, identifying options, assessing project feasibility, Structure of a business case, investment appraisal.

FCBA, ISEB BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis Structure exam duration is of sixty minutes in which the candidates have to answer forty multiple choice questions. The required passing score for this exam is sixty five percent. It is basically a closed book exam. No pre-requisites are required for this exam. The exam is conducted in English but for non native speakers there are additional fifteen minutes given upon request.
